Apparently Kelly made a blanket for Jack during the pandemic. It is hard to remember. We bought him a beanie with stars from H&M when we lived in Wheaton (before he turned 2) and ever since then it has sort of been a thing. He now has two beanies with stars and a star blanket. We kind of have a stars and stripes theme going in his room. How patriotic!
The whole country shut down in the span of just a few days. It was so crazy! Kelly was on spring break and her mom was here. She and Anne took Jack to the Children's Museum and was slightly worried about the virus. But, didn't know what to expect. Then, just a couple of days later, the museum and just about everything else in Chicago was closed. Kelly's mom managed to make it back home. But, we (uhm, Adam) had some time on our hands. Luckily, the house needed a lot of work. Even Jack got into action.We changed nearly every light fixture in the house as well as finished painting every room.
We (Adam) repainted the whole house! More pics to come- We even pulled the radiator covers out to complete the job.

We really like the way the green paint looks with the stained glass windows
