Cafe Ba Ba Reeba! on Halsted in Lincoln Park. It's likely that everyone in the city has eaten there except us. That all changed on Saturday. We can't wait for warm & sunny weather to enjoy their sangria on the patio!

"The Vinegar Project" For the past few months, we have been researching how to make vinegar at home. Well, here it is. It took some time to track down the only ingredient necessary besides wine. Luckily, we found it in Massachussetts and had the "mother of vinegar" shipped to Chicago. In 3 months, we should have an idea of what this Spanish Red will taste like as vinegar.
