Another week, another polar vortex...
It's amazing how February makes you think that anything over 10 degrees is warm. Cold weather becomes the new normal and the hearty mid-westerners just seem deal with it.
This is Adam's favorite picture in the Park District by our house. We enjoy yoga there on Saturday mornings. That Batman is one talented dude.
Delicious ramen at our favorite place, Sauce & Bread on Clark at Devon.
The Bayman got new shoes! Unfortunately they don't stay up and he can't figure out how to walk quite right with them. They will be going back like his last set we tried. So far, what works the best are baby socks with purple rubber things over the top.
A friend gave us some Anson Mills products for the holidays. We really enjoyed the heirloom polenta with shrimp and brussels sprouts!
These are massive ice shelves over lake Michigan. Bailey is actually standing about 50 feet onto the lake. It's been a cold winter so far but as of now, only about 50% of lake Michigan is covered in ice.
A nice sunny day in the city. This is from the roof of the Whole Foods in Lincoln Park. It's our favorite WF in the city (and apparently everybody else in the city too.)
A picture from our afternoon run up to Evanston. That's Rogers Park in the foreground of the city.
