Florida

 On the way to Florida, we stopped in Montgomery for lunch and to see the Capitol of Alabama.  This was our 2nd Capitol visit this year.

 Did you know that Jefferson Davis was sworn in as the president of the Confederacy on the steps of the Alabama capitol? 

 During our road trip, we stopped at Chuy's in Nashville, TN and Clarksville, IN.

 There was a tropical depression in the Gulf of Mexico.

 Bryan and Merideth's wedding day! A lovely ceremony on the beach.

On our way back to Chicago, we dined at The Tipping Point in Montgomery.  We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.  The pimento cheese is excellent!
