We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary last weekend!
To start the weekend off, we rode the L down to the Museum of Contemporary Art.
We haven't visited a contemporary art museum since our trip to London. We think art can be quite subjective!
The MCA is located in Streeterville just east of Michigan Avenue and the Hancock tower. For a brief history lesson, this neighborhood was built on top all the debris that was pushed into the lake from the Great Chicago Fire. Who would have thought that 140 years later that a garbage dump would become a posh address.
