You would think that a city of over 3 million people would have all sorts of great BBQ restaurants but we have found this to be to the contrary. On Saturday, we picked up some beef brisket from the Whole Foods on North Avenue. After much research & evidence based practice, WF has some of the best brisket in town. Kelly paired the brisket with guacamole and tortillas and Adam used the coveted sauce from Rudy's on white bread. For those not in the know, Rudy's makes some of the best barbeque sauce in the world.
Quick & spicy tomato soup with crusty Parmesan bread and baked parmesan crackles. A great choice when it's snowing outside.
